The Office Assistant in Special Education will be responsible for maintaining and updating district-wide special education student rosters, enrollment records, placement information, transportation assignments, and related services data. This role involves processing and monitoring transportation requests and related documentation for students with disabilities, coordinating with the Transportation and MIS departments. The position requires a high level of organization, meticulous attention to detail, and analytical skills to identify discrepancies, troubleshoot data issues, maintain data integrity, and generate operational reports. This position is pending budget availability and is open for ten (10) consecutive days following the date posted or until filled.
