About The Position

The Chemistry department is looking for a dependable student to help with general office duties and projects in the Chemistry department office. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and students coming into the office and assist as needed.
  • Answer the phone in a courteous and responsive manner.
  • Make copies and scan documents.
  • Run errands on campus.
  • Pick up and disburse mail.
  • Assist in building events, activities and needs with co-building departments as needed.
  • Clean, straighten, organize, and help maintain order in office.
  • Assist faculty and Office Coordinator/Admin. Specialist as needed with projects.
