JOB TITLE: Office Aide - Scheduler JOB PURPOSE: Perform office and administrative/management support tasks.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • None Required licensure, certification, registration or other requirements: None
  • Available to start work on August 10th, 2026.
  • Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the Driving for University Business SAP.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling basic meetings and room/equipment arrangements for conferences, seminars, workshops or special events.
  • Perform administrative tasks and projects.
  • Analyze, process and maintain information as required.
  • Perform basic reception duties: answer telephone, take and transfer messages; screen individuals and calls; refer to appropriate source and/or schedule appointments; answer standard questions, those requiring significant interpretation are referred, as directed, to the appropriate source.
  • Assist supervisor by researching problems and providing resolution(s) as directed.
  • May perform a variety of marketing, public relations, and special event projects and tasks.
  • May sort mail, assist with bulk mailing projects; sort, deliver or pick up printed matter for distribution.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Attend and participate in training and other professional development activity.
  • Participate in performance-related goal setting and achievement to meet personal and organizational goals and objectives.
