About The Position
This position provides vital support to campus customers by distributing publications and offering general office assistance. The University of Wyoming is committed to creating a supportive and enriching workplace, and this role is integral to that mission. The successful candidate will be available to work and perform essential job functions on campus, located at 7,220 feet above sea level.
Requirements
- General office experience.
- Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the Driving for University Business SAP.
Responsibilities
- Deliver publications to on and off-campus locations on Tuesday and Friday mornings from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.
- Assist with general office duties including but not limited to answering phones, filing, organizing supplies and other duties as assigned.
