About The Position

Rocky Mountain RV & Marine is a family-owned dealership focused on strong execution, clear communication, and delivering a high level of customer experience. We run a structured operation and expect our team to take ownership of their responsibilities and follow things through. We are hiring an Office Administrator to handle deal processing, title work, and general office support. This is a fast-paced role where accuracy matters. You’ll work closely with Sales and Finance to keep deals moving and paperwork completed correctly.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail (errors cause problems here)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Someone who follows through without being chased
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced dealership environment

Nice To Haves

  • Office or dealership experience preferred, not required

Responsibilities

  • Process and post deals accurately and on time
  • Complete title and registration paperwork
  • Handle trade payoffs and supporting documentation
  • Maintain complete and organized deal files
  • Work with Sales and Finance to ensure deal accuracy
  • Assist with general office and administrative tasks
