About The Position

The Office Administrator will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management. This role involves managing office supplies, equipment, expenses, and information systems, as well as supporting staff and senior management with various administrative tasks and special projects. The position requires excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills, with a focus on maintaining efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the office supply inventory and ensuring that supplies are in line with office needs.
  • Ensuring all office equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Working with management team to monitor spending and other expenses.
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
  • Interact professionally and respectfully with the public, coworkers and others in the course of daily work.
  • Directs/assists with office activities, including but not limited to new hire onboarding, recruiting, training, and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Assists and support staff with their assigned duties, particularly when more advanced, skilled, or sensitive work is required.
  • Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
  • Prepares agendas, makes travel arrangements, and maintains calendars for senior management.
  • Oversees email correspondence and mail distribution.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
