About The Position

IS International Services LLC (IS) is a rapidly growing business providing engineering services, including engineering and project consulting, control system hardware specification, software design, I&C and electrical design, and system integration (PLC and DCS programming) across various platforms. Their process experience spans power generation, power transmission, factory automation, and oil and gas process automation. IS is seeking an Office Administrator for an immediate need in Lawrenceville, GA. This position is a key role, working directly with the executive staff of the business. The successful candidate will have working experience performing office duties in a professional environment.

Requirements

  • Working experience performing office duties in a professional environment
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, able to clearly convey ideas and concepts to others
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of related work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Working in a Human Resources or similar capacity is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Operates and interacts with others at a high degree of integrity, professionalism and is a self-motivated achiever
  • Maintains confidentiality of all documents and employee records
  • Conducts onboarding and offboarding of employees, to include: Drug screens, Background checks, Obtaining Visas and work permits, Drafts and reviews contracts/offer letters, Coordination of employee travel, Termination letters, Disciplinary action
  • Maintains key documentation for clients via third-party websites to include: insurance, training, etc.
  • Drafts records and maintains all employee documentation (compensation, bonuses, etc.)
  • Answer the phone, welcoming guests that enter the office, takes messages or fields/answers all routine and non-routine questions, obtains packages from shipping entities, checking the mailbox
  • Drafts and maintains office processes and procedures (i.e. Employee Handbook)
  • Drafts written responses or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary
  • Maintain office aesthetics
  • Maintain adherence to all Company policies and procedures
  • Any other duties as assigned by Management
