In this position, you will be responsible for Work Order Billing System Administration for Construction Services and Site Operations Management. You will act as a liaison with the FRCSS Controller’s office as well as customer finance offices. You will also coordinate with Ford Land Project Managers for tracking of projects related to Rouge Site.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Proficient in use of Microsoft applications - Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and support multiple tasks at once
• Self-starter and the ability to take initiative in resolving issues
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct and authorized funding is received and set up with accurate accounting
• Open and / or adjust work orders for management
• Act as a liaison for the department with customers regarding cost balances and /or billing issues
• Create and maintain recap reports for management review
• Create purchase orders as needed
• Assist with invoice reconciliation and payment
• Schedule and coordinate department meetings as necessary
• Assist managers and supervisors with various tasks as needed
• Contribute with cost estimating exercises for upcoming projects
• Project management of assigned tasks
