About The Position

The Office Administrator is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with office administration
  • Exceptional skill in Outlook / Excel / Word

Responsibilities

  • Enter receiving’s, invoicing and credit memo's into our ERP system
  • Review purchase orders and open sales orders
  • Process customer orders as required
  • Print & match vendor documents with purchase orders
  • Process border paperwork and transfers
  • Process inventory adjustments
  • Resolve invoicing disputes
  • Process customer returns
  • Ensure filling systems are maintained and up to date
  • Supply admin support to Accounts Payable and Credit team
  • Provide backup to Inside Sales Support team
  • Perform related clerical duties such as word processing, maintaining filing and record systems, faxing and photocopying
  • Maintain and replenish office supply inventory
  • Answer phones
  • Provide administrative and operational support, including mail sorting and distribution.
  • Supported workplace efficiency through upkeep of common areas and management of shared office resources
  • Perform other related duties as required
