Make an impact The Office Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to the team’s success through exceptional administrative and organizational skills. Provide front desk support, including greeting visitors and managing calls. Prepare and edit presentations, marketing materials, and meeting documents; attend meetings and record minutes. Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and conference room scheduling. Oversee office operations, including supplies, mail distribution, and vendor coordination. Enter and maintain data in Salesforce; generate reports as needed. Assist with company events, special projects, and recruiting coordination. Liaise with IT and other departments to resolve administrative issues.
