A typical day as an Office Administrator might include promoting the EB culture and office engagement by ensuring office/department events such as staff meetings, social activities, volunteer events, wellness screenings, flu shots, etc. are consistently occurring. This role oversees and ensures the success of the Administrative team and serves as a resource to the team, acting as a Career Advisor. The Office Administrator manages office/department operations including changes in policies and procedures, creating efficiencies and reducing costs as deemed necessary. They make final decisions on administrative hires, oversee the on-boarding of all new hires, and participate in performance roundtables and offboarding of staff. This position also oversees finance and practice management related processes for the office/department, as well as facilities and safety management for the office building and daily office operations including office layout, FF&E and selection of vendors. The Office Administrator serves as a resource to the Market Leader, Department Heads and Regional OA to create consistency and efficiency across the office and supporting office initiatives, completing projects as assigned. They coordinate vendor contracts for the office, review office payroll hours bi-weekly, and participate in benefit and culture overviews for local recruiting efforts, as well as campus recruitment efforts for the office. Ensuring timely and accurate performance on assigned projects, maintaining compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines are also key responsibilities.
