Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Office Administrator at its Service Center in Denham Springs. This role involves a variety of duties, including supporting front office teammates with necessary tools, training, and information, managing accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates, and maintaining Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable accounts, and Cash Handling procedures to company standards. A key aspect of the role is to provide a world-class customer experience by ensuring consistent application of Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and monitoring.
