About The Position

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for an Office Administrator at its Service Center in Harrisburg, NC. This role encompasses a variety of duties, including supporting front office staff with necessary tools, training, and information, and managing accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates. The Office Administrator is also responsible for maintaining Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable accounts, and Cash Handling procedures in line with company standards. A key aspect of the role is to deliver a world-class customer experience by ensuring consistent application of Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and monitoring. Caliber, established in 1997, operates over 1,600 centers nationwide, providing auto collision repair and glass services. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite
  • Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll
