This role involves overseeing branch office support activities, managing administrative duties related to Human Resources, and acting as a liaison for various administrative functions. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth office operations and support branch staff.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years related experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Secretarial coursework or college degree in business preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervising, training, and developing office staff.
  • Overseeing branch office support activities, including reviewing, modifying, developing, and implementing office operating procedures.
  • Performing administrative and related duties to support the Human Resource function for the branch, ensuring completion of records for new hires, terminations, transfers, etc.
  • Referring HR-related employee inquiries to the appropriate corporate HR staff or third-party administrator.
  • Acting as a liaison to the third-party administrator for workers’ compensation claims.
  • Assisting with scheduling of paid time off.
  • Maintaining branch personnel files, medical files, and attendance records.
  • Assisting with payroll-related issues, processing of online applications, and submission of disability log.
  • Assisting other departments as needed.
