We are looking for an Office Administrative Coordinator to offer support to our service team at our Frederick, CO location.

Requirements

  • Minimum intermediate level of skills in common office software including - Microsoft office, Outlook, Adobe, Excel & Word.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proof of right to lawfully work in the United States required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with purchase order processing.
  • Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Answering main phone line.
  • Processing of Inspection & Service Reports.
  • Purchase orders.
  • Computer based file sorting, creation, monitoring.
  • Data entry.
  • Mailing/ small item shipping.
  • Answer customer telephone calls.
