About The Position

We’re a locally owned commercial general contractor looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Office & Administrative Assistant to help keep our team running smoothly. This is a part-time role (around 20 hours per week) with flexible scheduling during normal business hours — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in staying organized, and likes being part of a team that works hard and has fun doing it. No two days look exactly the same — and that’s part of what makes this role engaging.

  • Some office experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person who brings initiative, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors and handling front desk/reception duties
  • Keeping files, reports, and documents organized and up to date
  • Managing office supplies and helping maintain a clean, professional workspace
  • Sending reports and updating lists and directories
  • Supporting both office and field staff
  • Assisting with HR paperwork & correspondence
  • Providing general administrative and light accounting support
