As an Office Administration Assistant, you will collaborate with Project Managers and other team members to deliver quality and timely services to customers and the corporate office. You will prepare contracts for implementation and ensure effective communication within the organization to the relevant team members. Additionally, you will provide quality administrative support by maintaining quotes, spreadsheets, reports, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, pulling job permits, and assisting the Safety and Sales departments as needed. You will perform your duties confidently, occasionally without supervision, while entering weekly payroll and processing new hire paperwork.
