Office Admin/ Receptionist (Temp-to-Hire) Location: Batvia, IL Shift : M-F 7am-4pm Pay: $18.00-$22.00/ hour DOE Duties: Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence. Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and in working order. Assist with data entry and record keeping, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office.
