Performs a variety of clerical duties, including answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing, word processing, office machine operation and filing. This role is responsible for training other staff members on computer applications, answering telephones, preparing meeting agendas, making travel arrangements, managing calendars, opening and routing mail, compiling and filing records, completing bills and invoices, operating office machines, proofreading and editing documents, reviewing files to respond to requests, computing and recording data, processing documents, maintaining filing systems, communicating with customers and employees, collecting and disbursing money, and troubleshooting office equipment problems.
