About The Position

Priority Signs and Graphics in Southlake, TX is looking to hire a full-time Office Admin / Permit Coordinator to obtain city permits and perform a variety of other administrative tasks. This administrative position earns a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000/year, depending on experience. Requirements

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Solid computer skills and experience with MS Office
  • Ability to interpret city ordinances
  • Basic math skills
  • Team player

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

  • Obtain city permits that allow high-quality signs to be installed.
  • Work with city officials who issue permits, utilizing excellent customer service skills.
  • Establish a strong rapport with each city for future business.
  • Process customer orders and address their concerns.
  • Keep up to date on city ordinances.
  • Perform other administrative tasks to ensure the timely completion of each order.
  • Work with the team to create a smooth flow to processes.
