About The Position

The Whole Offer Manager will define, operationalize, and scale Seeq’s outcome-centric “whole offers” across priority industries, tying software, models, services, and integrations into packaged solutions that deliver measurable customer value and ROI. They will partner across Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Partners to bring offers to market. This hybrid role leads strategic analysis, value proposition definition, packaging/bundling, and pricing/ROI modeling for whole offers; aligns offer strategy to target segments and buyer problems; and enables differentiated GTM execution via clear collateral and field tools. They will also own the development of ROI calculators and competitive perspectives that support proposal development and governance in partnership with adjacent pricing and operations roles.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in product marketing, product management, or commercial strategy, ideally in B2B SaaS and/or industrial/technical markets.
  • Demonstrated experience building solution packages/offers, including value propositions, pricing/ROI models, and launch enablement across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market/competitive insights into clear packaging and price-to-value logic (ROI calculators, proposal inputs).
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and orchestrate work across Product, Sales, CS, Partners, and Executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to create concise, actionable collateral and enablement for field use.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in industrial analytics, OT/IT ecosystems, time-series data, CMMS/EAM integration, or industry-specific outcomes (e.g. asset health, OEE/throughput, quality/compliance).
  • Familiarity with outcome-based solution packaging and ABX/launch best practices.
  • Experience coordinating partner-delivered components (services, integrations, or models) within packaged solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the whole offer portfolio and roadmap by industry and segment, including in/out-of-scope boundaries, solution components, services, and partner contributions.
  • Build the business case for each offer: value maps, metric basis, packaged deliverables, implementation paths (pilot to scale), and assumptions for expected outcomes/time-to-value.
  • Own pricing and ROI modeling for offers (per-metric basis), including inputs for users, connections, monitored conditions, and services (Seeq + partners), yielding customer-facing calculators and proposal-ready estimates.
  • Partner cross-functionally to operationalize offers: with Product Marketing on messaging and positioning; Industry Principals on segmentation and buying centers; Sales/SC/AE on demos, templates, and proof assets; Customer Success on value realization; Product Management on capability mapping and bundling; Marketing/Demand Gen on campaigns; and Executive Sponsors for alignment and accountability.
  • Drive competitive and market analysis and create enablement that elevates consultative selling around outcomes versus features and speeds/feeds.
  • Produce launch kits per offer: offer brief, solution blueprint, pricing/ROI calculator, demo scripts and templates, enablement guides, FAQs, and customer-facing collateral aligned to ABX and integrated campaigns.
  • Define and track success measures for offer launches (e.g., deal attach rate, conversion S1→S3→Close, ACV/ASP lift, win rates) and iterate the portfolio based on field feedback and performance signals.
  • Provide inputs to corporate development, partnership strategy, and services packaging where relevant to extend or accelerate delivery of the whole offer portfolio.
