About The Position

Responsible for maintaining operations of equipment in Offal to meet production requirements. To understand and maintain the daily task and duties of Offal. Also to make sure that the instructions of the supervisors are being carried out in an efficient and effective manner. This position plays a critical role in ensuring safe, reliable, and hygienic operation of offal equipment to support continuous production while complying with safety and food safety requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a manner that is consistent with the essential job functions.
• Must have the ability to enter all areas of the plant and offices.
• Must be able to climb and crawl in confined spaces.
• Must be able to communicate with all levels of employees as well as outside vendors and government agencies.

Nice To Haves

• HS Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Possess superior interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Vision, Mission, and Values of the Organization
• Drive yard truck to move trailers in and out of offal
• Maintain operations of equipment in offal to meet the production plant requirements.
• Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and assisting with the installation of equipment and systems used in offal processing and associated support areas of the facility.
• Clean floor of product spills from conveyors before end of work shift
• Clean and sanitize inside and outside of offal to maintain clean and safe work environment
• All other related duties as assigned
