About The Position

Under general supervision, the Suspension Technician provides technical support for racing activities.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in motorcycle performance work, with a focus on suspension preferred.
Required proficiency in suspension components and suspension theory with high aptitude for mathematics.
Skilled in communicating and reporting test and race results.
Experience with task management and race team coordination.
Must have a valid drivers license and currently possess (or is able to pass a DOT physical to obtain) a DOT Physical Card.
Strong experience in Microsoft products – Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Strong math & statistical analysis skills.
Data visualization and presentation skills (charts, graphs, etc.).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organization skills and apt for attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of the motorcycle industry; Passionate about the motorcycle industry.

Disassembles and assembles suspension assemblies with a high level of accuracy and cleanliness.
Develops and refines suspension settings for race teams.
Drives support vehicle to testing locations on an as needed basis for testing purposes.
Uses the dyno independently to perform bench tests on shocks and forks.
Responsible for keeping workshop area and testing vehicle in a clean and professional manner.
Must use Microsoft office extensively.
Works closely with other team members for information sharing and fostering new ideas.
Works closely and communicates regularly with team riders.
May perform warehouse, shipping & receiving duties.
Provides customer service & phone support, as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
