Off-Road Driving Experiences Manager
About The Position
Ford Racing is looking for an enthusiastic, talented professional to join their team as the Off-Road Driving Experiences Manager. As the Off-Road Experiences Manager, you will lead the development, execution, and expansion of Ford's global Off-Road Driving Experiences, including Bronco Off-Roadeo, Raptor programs (such as Raptor Rally), and Ford Off-Road Adventures. This role requires a strategic, organized, and collaborative manager who can successfully balance the operational execution of existing foundational programs with the design and launch of new initiatives to expand the portfolio. You will manage program operations and strategic partnerships, while directly leading and developing a team of direct reports to achieve business plan and customer engagement objectives. Your focus will be on driving customer engagement, deepening brand loyalty, and enhancing driving skills through our off-road programs.
