About The Position

Stinson LLP is seeking an Of Counsel or Associate Attorney with at least two years of transactional experience to join our Minneapolis, Minnesota office in our Healthcare and Insurance Division. The Division provides transactional and regulatory counsel to healthcare providers, health plans, insurance companies, and pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Division attorneys also offer transactional and governance counsel to clients in other regulated industries, including finance, agribusiness, manufacturing, and telecommunications. This position offers unique learning experiences and the opportunity to shape a transactional practice tailored to individual attorney interests.

Requirements

  • At least two years of transactional experience
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Active license in Minnesota or the ability to waive into practice
  • Exceptional academic performance
  • Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
