We are seeking a Technical Services Representative to provide hands-on technical support for Bostik’s OEM and professional channel customers across the Americas region, with a primary focus on the soft / resilient flooring industry. Reporting to the Technical Service Director, this role serves as a key technical liaison between customers, Sales and R&D, ensuring products perform to specification through testing, field trials, training, benchmarking, and on-site support. The role requires a strong understanding of flooring installation practices, the ability to conduct hands-on testing and evaluations, and the skill to translate technical findings into clear written reports and recommendations.
