OEM Supply Planner

Maddox Industrial TransformerBattle Ground, WA

About The Position

As a Maddox OEM Supply Planner, you will report to the Supplier Relations Manager, under direction of the OEM Purchasing Team Lead, in a fast-paced and highly dynamic procurement environment. Your work will focus on managing our various new stock programs–mitigating supply risks and ensuring profitability through a healthy and consistent breadth/depth of inventory. You will manage a large portfolio of new stock items, ranging across several product lines and in warehouse locations across the US. Using various supply chain planning tools, you will forecast SKU-level product demand, maintain sufficient safety stocks, and avoid costly inventory shortages. As a result, you will have direct responsibility for ensuring that Maddox continuously procures the “right” stock units, from the “right” OEMs, in the “right” quantities, and at the “right” time. Additionally, you will assist the OEM Purchasing Team Lead and OEM Purchasing Analyst with a variety of purchasing, planning, and supplier performance and reporting projects, as needed. Your day-to-day activities will involve reviewing weekly sales trends and calculating operational and tactical replenishment orders. The Maddox OEM Purchase Order Coordinators will count on you to tell them what to order, how many to order, and from whom to order. You will also lead weekly forward-looking Stock Steering meetings with the OEM Purchasing Leadership Team to formulate and report-out on the execution of supply strategies.
