About The Position
Responsible for the life safety and physical security of assigned clients. This role requires flexibility, the ability to function in stressful situations, and exceptional customer service skills. The ODO must create a safe and friendly setting for patrons and clients while safeguarding client assets. They will observe unusual activity and respond immediately and safely to emergency situations on-site. As an ODO, you will play a vital role in maintaining public safety and upholding the law. You will be responsible for enforcing laws, preventing crime, responding to emergencies, conducting investigations, and ensuring the overall well-being of the community. This position requires individuals who are dedicated, physically fit, mentally resilient, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Retired Law Enforcement with Peace Officer Standards & Training (POST) Certification.
- Minimum 10 year’s related safety/law enforcement experience
- Valid State Armed Security License and any additional certifications or licenses
- Ability to physically stand for a minimum of 8 hours
- All applicants will be subject to a thorough background check and must meet the requirements for law enforcement certification.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
