Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology.
A proven history of successful surgical outcomes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Preserve vision, restore function, and enhance quality of life for patients with eyelid, orbital, and lacrimal disorders
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a full spectrum of oculoplastic conditions, determining when medical or surgical intervention is indicated
Perform comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative assessments to ensure optimal outcomes for functional and cosmetic oculoplastic procedures
Conduct precise, evidence-based oculoplastic surgeries using modern surgical techniques and technologies
Provide attentive longitudinal care, monitoring healing, functional outcomes, and overall ocular health throughout the treatment process
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, optometrists, technicians, scribes, and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high-quality patient care
Manage a wide range of ophthalmic and periocular conditions, with emphasis on eyelid malposition, orbital disease, lacrimal disorders, facial trauma, and reconstructive and cosmetic oculoplastic procedures
