About The Position

Arizona Eye Institute is seeking a BC/BE Oculoplastic Surgeon to join our growing ophthalmology network in Arizona. This is a unique opportunity to step into an established volume while continuing to expand a highly successful oculoplastics service line across multiple locations. The practice is supported by a single established Oculoplastic Surgeon, providing immediate patient access, steady surgical volume, and significant opportunity for continued growth. Approximately 60% cash-pay volume creates an exceptional opportunity for physicians interested in both reconstructive and cosmetic procedures. The physician will practice across three established Arizona Eye Institute locations serving a large and growing patient population throughout the region. Access to an onsite Ambulatory Surgery Center is available, designed to support surgical efficiency and high-quality patient care. The role involves working alongside experienced ophthalmologists, dedicated support staff, and established referral relationships in a highly collaborative setting focused on physician success and patient outcomes.

Requirements

BC/BE Oculoplastic Surgeon
Licensed to practice in Arizona
