About The Position

The Admission Operations office seeks motivated students to provide general office support. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Open, scan, and process incoming mail Provide administrative support to the Operations team Consolidate applicant and prospect records Perform duplicate checks for applicant records in our CRM Respond to prospective applicant inquiries via email Maintain current knowledge of admission and student services areas Assist in admission-related mailings Participate in special projects as needed Additional duties may be assigned. The Admission Operations Student Assistant will provide administrative support to the Operations team. They will be expected to perform duplicate checks for applicant records in our CRM, answer student emails in a professional manor and other duties as assigned.
