About The Position

We are looking to fill an entry-level Ocean & Air Logistics Coordinator position. The ideal candidate is a dependable, driven individual with a hunger to learn and grow in the logistics field. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing airfreight and ocean freight operations while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in day-to-day tasks. This role requires someone eager to get the job done and contribute to our success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred
• 1 year of experience in airfreight and ocean freight operations (required)
• 1 year of logistics experience (required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Nice To Haves

• Certifications in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional) are a plus but not required
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) is preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage airfreight and ocean freight shipments
• Work closely with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Assist with tracking and reporting shipment statuses
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and troubleshoot any issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for shipments
• Learn and grow within the logistics industry, expanding your knowledge and skill set
