About The Position

Overview The Air Coordinator will provide critical support to the Air Team, ensuring compliance with federal and state air regulations and assisting with environmental program activities. This role is office-based and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage work orders and inspection processes efficiently. Responsibilities Support daily operations of the New Mexico Air Team, including coordination of air compliance activities. Manage and process work orders related to Audio, Visual, and Olfactory (AVO) inspections. Assist with Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) inspection workflows and documentation. Utilize SAP to track, update, and manage work orders and environmental data. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting for regulatory compliance. Provide administrative and technical support for environmental and air regulatory programs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to federal and New Mexico state air regulations. Communicate with regulatory agencies as needed (government regulatory experience is a plus). Qualifications Associate’s degree or higher in Environmental Science or related field preferred. Experience in environmental regulatory compliance preferred. Prior experience working with government regulatory agencies preferred. Experience with SAP systems. Knowledge of AVO and LDAR work order processes. Basic understanding of federal and New Mexico air regulations. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in an office-based environment. Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test (UA), agility and fit for duty.
