Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in air travel coordination, group air operations, or a related travel industry role preferred.
  • GDS experience preferred and/or other travel related systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, especially when handling schedule changes or traveler emergencies.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort learning new systems.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate air transportation in accordance with established contracts and group pricing guidelines.
  • Achieve key customer service metrics while adhering to budget requirements.
  • Book air for group passengers—either in group blocks or individually—utilizing contracted fares whenever possible.
  • Ensure all group air arrangements accurately reflect customer needs, including seat assignments, wheelchair assistance, and special meal requests.
  • Manage schedule changes to maintain legal connections and comply with tour requirements.
  • Assist with the finalization and reduction of air blocks in a timely and organized manner.
  • Provide support for on-tour air emergencies.
  • Process changes on existing reservations.
  • Work pre-determined Saturdays and some holidays throughout the year, primarily to support on-tour emergency needs.
