About The Position

This clinic-based position focuses on empowering independence and improving lives. Experience-based wages are offered, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus available for new full-time OTs.

Requirements

• Master's in Occupational Therapy
• NBCOT Certification & Missouri OT License (in good standing)
• EMR proficiency + basic Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat individuals with diverse diagnoses
• Use evidence-based OT interventions for sensory, motor, feeding, play, self-care & more
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and clinical teams
• Recommend adaptive equipment and modify environments for success
• Maintain timely documentation and stay current through ongoing professional development
