About The Position

This is a full-time Occupational Therapy Fellow position in Pediatrics at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, Outpatient Rehabilitation. The role involves providing patient care, maintaining documentation, meeting department standards, and participating in process management. The fellow will also promote professional development, lead projects, and communicate effectively within and outside the profession. Patient care will be provided in accordance with age and developmental guidelines.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in the State of applicable state
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

Provides patient care assessment and treatment.
Maintains accurate documentation.

Leads staff and/or program development projects in the areas of strategic effectiveness, clinical outcomes, clinical competency, or financial performance.

Provides appropriate patient care in accordance with age/developmental guidelines.
