About The Position
Cheer Home Care is hiring an OT Care Coordinator in San Diego. The OT Care Coordinator collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for clients and their caregivers and provides constant feedback to clients, client representatives, and other healthcare providers. They work closely with the office team and are expected to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. There is an option to work one weekend day and have one week day off.
Requirements
- Upbeat Personality
- Active California OT license
- Strong Computer Skills
- Ability to multitask, drive, take action
- Strong Organizational & Communication Skills
- Pass Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance (LIC 9163)
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required
- Cell phone with Internet Access
- Proof of Negative TB results
- Willing to Work One Weekend a Month as Back-Up On Call
