About The Position

Symbria is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join the Rehab Team at Phoebe Richland in Richlandtown, Pennsylvania. The position serves older adults in a continuing care retirement community offering long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, memory care, and personal care/assisted living. The role is currently scheduled for up to 40 hours per week, with no weekend requirement.

The COTA works closely with an Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and carry out treatment plans. As part of an interdisciplinary team, the COTA maintains productivity standards and completes required documentation while helping patients achieve important outcomes and serving as a trusted partner to the community. New graduates are encouraged to apply; Symbria offers mentorship, training, and hands-on experience.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Hold a valid or pending state license.
• Have CPR certification or be willing to obtain it before the start date.

Nice To Haves

• Acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation experience.
• New graduates eager to work with the geriatric population are encouraged to apply.
