Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is seeking a Per Diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide exceptional home health services throughout the Marlborough, MA area. Requirements
- Current Massachusetts Certified Occupational Therapy (COTA) license
- Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience
- Afternoon availability

- Monday–Friday availability
Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy services under the direction of a Registered Occupational Therapist
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence with daily living activities
- Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
