About The Position

Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our exceptional therapy team at a highly respected, comprehensive continuum-of-care senior campus in Union Grove, Wisconsin. This role is best suited for a clinician who is confident in navigating complex patient presentations, fast-paced transitions of care, and interdisciplinary collaboration. You will have the opportunity to practice at the top of your license while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple levels of care. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
  • Certification by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
