About The Position
Care IV Home Health in Hot Springs is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for per diem home health visits. This position offers a lucrative company-sponsored retirement plan, even for per diem staff. Pay is on a per-visit basis plus mileage. Requirements
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) actively licensed or registered in the state of Arkansas.
- Minimum of 6 months of COTA experience in an acute setting.
- COVID vaccine as a condition of employment (absent reasonable accommodations).
Nice To Haves
- Home Health OTA experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Visit patients in their homes and assisted living facilities.
- Assist the full-time Occupational Therapist in following occupational therapy care plans.
- Perform OT documentation and charting of patient progress.
- Update the OT on patient status.
- Other duties as assigned by the Occupational Therapist.
