About The Position

Infinity Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant within our therapy team at Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center located in Brush, CO. This position offers a focus on work-life balance with flexible scheduling options (M-F, Tu-Sa, or Su-Th, 4, 6, or 8 hours/day). The role utilizes NetHealth for point of service documentation via laptop or iPad. Requirements

• Associate’s degree in occupational therapy
• State license

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
• Provide occupational therapy services to residents including treatment, related documentation, and communication, under the direction of an occupational therapist
