About The Position
Synergy Care is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position at our Highland Park location in Dallas. This role supports an Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Support facility, providing Occupational Therapy services to onsite residents. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy Assistants or will graduate within the next six (6) months.
- Hold a valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification.
- Currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Provide Occupational Therapy services to residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Support.
- Offer OP (Outpatient) services to onsite residents.
