About The Position
PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Katy is opening soon and is looking for PRN Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs/OTAs) with a flexible schedule. This role involves caring for a diverse patient population, with a preference for candidates with prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong desire to learn. PAM Health specializes in caring for chronically and critically ill patients requiring extended hospital care, operating over 80 hospital locations nationwide and employing over 11,000 people dedicated to compassionate care and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Licensed as OTA in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
- Current BLS certification required.
- One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the Occupational Therapist, the Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) is responsible for direct patient care.
- Planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy within the PAM Health system.
- Must be flexible to meet the needs of the system within many different facilities.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
