About The Position
AVIR AT CRESCENT MOON, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join its in-house therapy team. The role involves supporting patients and residents with a range of orthopedic and neurological conditions as part of an interdisciplinary therapy team. The facility offers opportunities to develop programs in cognition, memory care, activities of daily living (ADLs), and skilled maintenance, along with ongoing training and career development. Vital Therapy is a growing network of more than 80 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities with in-house therapy teams.
