About The Position
Cibolo Creek Health & Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join their dedicated in-house therapy team. The role involves providing care to patients and residents within a fun, high-energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. The center treats a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offers opportunities to develop programs in cognition, functional maintenance, ADL's, and creative fun groups. Ongoing training and career development opportunities are provided, and an outpatient program is currently being built. Vital Therapy, the network of facilities, is a growing network of over 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas and Tulsa, OK, emphasizing in-house therapy, patient joy, leader development, and quality of care.
Requirements
- License in the state of Texas
Responsibilities
- Deliver the best care to patients and residents.
- Participate in a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team.
- Treat a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions.
- Develop programs in cognition, functional maintenance, ADL's, and creative fun groups.
- Contribute to the building of an outpatient program.
