About The Position
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to join our therapy team in Hopedale, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for an OTA looking for flexible scheduling and the chance to work alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team in a skilled nursing setting focused on patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Current Ohio OTA/COTA license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for helping others achieve their goals
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
- Help residents improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence
- Accurately document treatments and resident progress
- Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
- Build positive relationships with residents and families
