About The Position

Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join its rehabilitation team at Kavod Senior Life, a senior living community with primarily Independent Living residents and a smaller Assisted Living population. The role provides individualized, one-on-one care in residents’ living environment and community, helping them maintain independence and build meaningful relationships. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends, and an 80% productivity expectation. Russian language skills are a plus but are not required.

Requirements

Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Colorado, or ability to obtain one before beginning employment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, clinical, and collaborative skills.
Commitment to providing individualized, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized, one-on-one treatment sessions.
Carry out treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
Help residents improve independence with everyday activities.
Communicate resident progress with the supervising therapist and care team.
Collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to support meaningful outcomes.
