Assisted Rehab, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join their team at a partner location in Baltimore, MD. This role focuses on providing exceptional patient care with manageable caseloads and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant in Maryland (or soon to be licensed!)
- Active CPR certification
- Strong evaluation and clinical reasoning skills
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Commitment to teamwork and clinical excellence
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled therapy services that improve mobility, function, safety, and independence
- Track progress, update treatment plans, and clearly communicate patient status
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Collaborate with therapy team members and other healthcare professionals
- Help deliver a rehab program that patients, families, and facilities trust
