Requirements

Active state license as a COTA is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in contract rehabilitation.
Familiarity with employee recognition programs like "Round of Applause" and "Clap-Out" events.

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
Assist patients in regaining or improving their ability to perform daily living and working activities.
Implement treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist.
Document patient progress and report to the Occupational Therapist.
Participate in "Clap-Out" events to recognize and celebrate resident successes.
